Schools want more ways for kids to play. Adding one shouldn’t be hard.

Athletic directors and co-op coordinators are looking for activities that engage a broad range of students — not just the most experienced athletes. But launching a new program usually means new equipment, new staff, and new logistics.

Pickleball changes that. As the fastest-growing sport in the United States — with a 479% rise in participation from 2020 to 2025 (Sports & Fitness Industry Association) — it has a low barrier to entry, rewards strategy and touch over size and speed, and lets mixed ages and skill levels play together. VPA makes adding it effortless.

Everything the program needs — we bring it.

Equipment, on-site.

Nets, paddles, and balls furnished and set up for every session. No purchase, no storage headache.

Certified instructors.

PPR-certified coaches who pass Level 2 (FDLE/FBI) background checks before they ever step on campus.

Structured curriculum.

A clear progression from first rally to competitive play, built for grades 4–12 and adaptable to any skill level.

  • Public schools
  • Private schools
  • Christian co-ops
  • Non-religious co-ops
  • Homeschool communities

Run it as a PE enhancement, an elective, or an after-school enrichment block — whatever fits your schedule.

How it works

1

Demo or consultation.

We meet your team, learn your space and schedule, and show you the program.

2

Pilot.

Start small with a 6–8 week pilot so you can evaluate it with minimal commitment.

3

Semester program.

Roll into a full 12–16 week semester — and grow from there.

One pathway, every skill level.

Beginners with no prior experience, intermediate players building consistency, and advanced youth athletes all train within the same structured pathway. Coaches meet each student where they are and move them forward.

For Schools & Co-ops

A fully managed program that drops into your existing schedule — equipment, instructors, and curriculum handled.

For Parents

Structured, on-site training that builds your child’s coordination, confidence, teamwork, and character.

Why pickleball

Common questions

We don’t have pickleball courts.

No problem. We bring portable nets and temporary lines that set up in gyms and on blacktops — no courts to build.

Is it safe?

Pickleball is generally lower-impact than many youth sports. We run structured instruction with controlled class sizes and trained, background-checked coaches.

Will students participate?

Pickleball is quick to pick up and social by design, which makes it easy to engage a broad range of students — not just experienced athletes.

Do families buy equipment?

No. Victory Pickleball Academy provides the nets, paddles, and balls for every session.
